  • What should I know about online therapy?

  • How frequently should I take sessions?

  • Can my issues be solved in a couple of sessions?

  • Do I need therapy?

  • Can I simply not speak to a therapist?

  • What is couples therapy?
    Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a trained therapist works with partners to improve their relationship. The goal is to address issues, enhance communication, and build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
  • When is couples therapy not indicated?
    Couples therapy may not be suitable if any of the partner is not willing to give up ongoing abuse, severe mental illness that isn’t being treated, if one partner is unwilling to participate or having an acitive extra marital relationship that they aren't willing to give up. In such cases, individual therapy or other interventions might be more appropriate.
