The Orange Mind’s (‘we/our’) objective is to provide therapy services.

The data we collect includes but is not limited to your name, age, email address, phone number, marital status, education, date of birth, UPI ID, bank details, device ID, health data, IP address, device types, operating system, time and frequency of use, browser type, page views.

Health data relates to any data about your physical, mental, and emotional well-being including but is not limited to medical conditions and treatments, previous diagnoses, medical history, sleep patterns, diet, heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, substance consumption, exercise routine, eating habits, coping mechanisms, and social relationships.

If required, we may collect the health data of your family or kin to the extent to provide the services you contracted for.

We may also collect the name, age, email address, phone number and any other data of an emergency contact.

Our collection of your data depends on our needs to provide the services you contracted for and how you interact with the website and service provider(s).

We collect your data to provide services to you. If you do not provide us with the data requested by us, we may not be able to engage with you or provide our services.
